Appointment Request

To schedule an appointment or to obtain additional information about any of our veterinarian services, please fill out the form below or give our team a call.
We operate primarily on an appointment basis, however we also accommodate emergency cases. If you are going to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice or use our App.


              

Payment for veterinarian services is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Sorry NO CHEQUES.

Please Note: We ask that you have your pet on leash upon entering the vet hospital. This way, you can prepare for any unpredictable reactions from your pet or that of another.

If you are not using our APP  Please Allow 2 business days for confirming the appoint time and date you have requested. If you need earlier than 2 business days please use our App or call 604-988-7272 to schedule the appointment during reqular business day.
